
Teresa
Teresa is co-owner of Yoga Grace and views yoga as a beautiful method of healing the body, stilling the mind, and connecting with our highest selves. Studying various styles under her dear teachers and sharing the healing benefits of yoga with the world for a decade, Teresa believes that as we come to know ourselves through our body, breath, and mind, we begin to remember who we truly are. With this awareness, comes a richer, more fulfilling life. Teresa has a deep love for this practice and feels so blessed to be a part of it, both as a teacher and as a lifelong student.
Engel
As founder of Pranayama Sadhana, and co-owner of Yoga Grace, Engel has clinically worked in the field of pranayama for over 15 years, supporting people in their health and wellbeing through traditional yogic development, and mindfulness. Facilitating pranayama teacher trainings, breathwork trainings, workshops and courses worldwide, it takes only a few moments of being in his company to quickly notice his warmth, support, and passion for helping people.
Emy
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Emy has been practicing Yoga since 2014. She's been fortunate enough to have travelled a lot throughout her life, and in early 2018, those travels took her to Pokhara, Nepal, where she received her yoga Teaching Certification. Emy is looking forward to growing her teaching practice in such a beautiful, welcoming online yoga community, as well as with the Yoga Grace community that has always been so close to her heart!
Chito
Chito has been practicing Yoga since 2008. Before moving to Canada, she taught Yoga in Japan for 7 years. Chito is a certified Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. She has studied different styles of yoga from various teachers around the world. She enjoys learning as much as she enjoys teaching, subscribing to the mindset that to teach is to learn. Chito believes our minds are materialized and all people in the world can attain happiness.
Jane
Jane has class, style and patience. Her cool, clear voice will sparkle your soul, bring you closer to yourself, and leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Jane is a dedicated yogi with an appreciation for all styles of yoga. She has found that every class, as well as every single teacher and student met on this journey has been an inspiration and gift. Jane completed her 200 Hr YTT at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Jane believes that yoga is a precious present, to cherish and share.
Ricardo
Ricardo has embraced the path of Yoga for many years following the lineage of Ashtanga Yoga. The journey has been rich with different yogic styles and Ricardo has been fortunate and inspired by the teachers and teachings along the way. Sharing songs and stories from the great yoga writings is a great joy for Ricardo.
